We love our New Leaf men, but we also love it when it’s just the girls. Here are some photos from last weekend’s load-in for Girl in the Goldfish Bowl, where (after the boys had to scoot - they were there in the morning), the ladies stayed around to kick some butt and take some names. At one point we looked up, noticed it was just us girls in the house, and decided we needed some documentation. Click on any of the images to get a better look.
And just wait until you see what been happening in our space in the week since… I have three words for you - cyc, color, and scroller. And that’s only the beginning. I am in awe of our team - as per usual - and I can’t wait to show you what these amazing artsits have been up to. Just a little while longer before opening!
We also had some help from our new friend Super Keith. He can leap mid-size buildings in a single bound. He is also great at pretending to be a squirrel. He’s the son of our GGB production manager, Ruth, and we love having him hang out with us - he is just a delight.

Oh, dear. Little did I think when I broke out the 1997 Overalls that I would have my picture on the Interweb. What a fun day that was!
Marsha, I think you look stunning in that circa undergrad load-in couture. Work. It. Girl.

I do have to mention remarkable efforts by our dramaturg Dan Rubin that day. We needed to cut some lumber that morning but didn’t yet have access to the shop - however, Dan would not be deterred. He drilled holes through the wood until he was able to kick it apart like a martial arts master. LET NOTHING STOP US!!!
